This Hawaiian event is co-sponsored by local Hawaiian native, Eric Moon. We will be participating in fun Hawaiian traditions, enjoying Hawaiian food & desserts, amazing Hawaiian live music, ukulele lessons, and several other educational components. To participate, you do not need to have Hawaiian items, but you certainly may incorporate that into your booth if you would like. We would like everyone to dress tropical as much as possible. We will have several kid focused activities going on and things for the whole family to participate in during this one day event.
This is an outdoor event with booth spaces of 10×10, 10×20 or 10×30.. Canopy tents are required to participate. You’ll provide your own tables, floor length table cloths etc. 10×20 spaces will require two 10×10 canopies or one 10×20 length canopy. You might want to invest in side walls if you haven’t already, as well as an outdoor rug.
We have a 5% minimum of non artisan vendors allowed for those of you applying with direct sales, etc.
Please complete all required answers. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Thank you for taking the time to fill out an application for our market. If accepted, you will receive a welcome email. Invoices will start being sent out and will be due by July 31st. Your booth space may not be held if your invoice is not paid in time.
